I work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution. With an art school background and deep experience in both agency and brand environments, I bring creative judgment and analytical thinking to complex challenges. I’m known for staying calm under pressure, leading with clarity and empathy, and guiding teams through high-stakes situations with honesty, tact, and diplomacy, always in service of the work.
I’ve produced award-winning creative at agencies including BBDO, BBH, Modernista!, and TBWA\Chiat\Day, and served as Director of Production at Mother USA. Since 2019, I’ve worked brand-side with Meta, Airbnb, and Google, partnering closely with creative and marketing teams to manage agencies, oversee production, establish standards, and shape how ambitious ideas are brought to life. Alongside this work, I’ve helped design and implement DEI and sustainability initiatives that align creative production with broader business and cultural values.
In 2020, I co-founded Green The Bid, a nonprofit movement focused on shifting the commercial production industry toward zero-waste, low-carbon, sustainable, and regenerative practices. My work has been recognised at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, and The Webbys, and I’ve served as a juror for international festivals including AICP, Ciclope, and The One Show.
I hold a BFA in Illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design, have served on the Board of Trustees at the Brooklyn Waldorf School, and currently split my time between New York City, the Bay Area, and the Canadian Rockies.
